Something about the rain has always captivated me. I like the way it reminds me of simpler days. Days when simplicity was the norm and skepticism was a foreign language. It reminds me of field trips that were canceled or socks made soaking out at recess. It reminds me of cold, hard, and long football games in the fall. It reminds me of that tiny once of hope I would get while life guarding at Oakridge that maybe it would start pouring and I would get off my shift a little earlier. Days that even though they had a little rough patch, turned out to be some of the best memories
Today I just needed to clear my head and refocus. School is coming to an end (AH FREAK OUT I AM SO OLD) and i just need to remember to get all i can done, and never take a second for granted. And driving through the upper temple parking lot always seems to do the trick.

Summer is in The Air
There is Something about getting 40 cent Popsicles at paces dairy with Sara Jane and Caroline that makes me so excited for summer!
I can't believe that this is practically my last summer with all my friends! Next year most of the boys will be leaving on their missions and everyone will be packing up and heading their own way! It just makes me so determined to make this summer the best one yet!

Junior Year P R O M
Paul Baskin asked me to Prom and it was such a good time! He is easily the most hilarious, easy going, and nicest boys i know! Sara Jane and I got ready together and then took pictures together, because playing dress up never gets old:)
